• Pan card Photocopy.
• Address Proof: Photocopy of any one of the following.
  • Driving license
  • Bank Statement original OR bank passbook photocopy with bank seal & sign
  • Voter ID
  • Passport
  • Electricity Bill ( Not more than 2 months old )
  • Telephone bill ( Not more than 2 months old )
  • Leave and license agreement notarise
• Recent passport size color photographs ( 3 nos )
• 1 Cancelled Cheque with a/c holder's name printed on it (if name is not printed then latest original bank a/c statement OR a/c statement photocopy with bank seal & signature)
• With reference to SEBI circular, One document out of below mentioned is mandatory to open a trading account in Derivatives Segment ( F&O ). List of Documents: Any one document required.
  • Copy of income tax return acknowledgement
  • Copy of Annual Accounts
  • Copy of Form 16 in case of salary income
  • Net worth certificate
  • Salary Slip
  • Bank account statement for last 6 months
  • Copy of demat account Holding statement
